Lexus Debuts 2 Modified Cars a SEMA

At the beginning of November, Lexus debuted two new modified cars on behalf of their brand. The first model is a modified IS 500 that was created along with Hiraku Co. and Lexus ambassador Townsend Bell. It features a 3D-printed body kit that includes a newly designed front lip, side panels, roof spoiler, carbon fiber trunk, and rear diffuser. Wrapped with a specialty vinyl coating, this was a sight to see at SEMA.
This model has an A’PEXi induction box with a TOMS Racing carbon suction pipe and a quad-tip exhaust system when it comes to performance. The front and rear chassis braces are TOMS, and there are also 32-positional coilovers. Brembo brakes are included, and the wheels are Rotiform LAS-R with aerodisc covers.
The second model is a 2021 IS 350 F Sport that was created by DSPORT Magazine and Scott Pruett, American racecar driver. An Artisan Spirits body kit is featured along with flared fenders, extensions on the side skirts, a carbon fiber rear wing, and front splitter and titanium mounts. Rotiform 20-inch wheels are included in matte bronze. Adjustable coilovers are included with three different height options, and KW Variant makes them. The current powertrain remained the same due to issues with supply, but it’s likely that performance will be changed for next year’s show.
