For the 2024 model, a new Technology Package has arrived. It upgrades the sedan with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen and a head-up display. A SmartAccess Card Key is also included, allowing drivers to unlock the doors and start the engine without inserting a traditional key. Meanwhile, the Ultra Luxury trim now receives standard 18-inch alloy wheels with Vapor Chrome finish.
The hybrid-powered model is available in five trims: 300h, 300h Luxury, 300h Ultra Luxury, 300h F Sport Design, and 300h F Sport Handling. Several great features come standard on the entry-level 300h trim. Its Lexus Interface multimedia system provides an 8.0-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone connectivity. Other highlights include an integrated Wi-Fi hotspot, a 10-speaker premium audio system, and a power sunroof.
Lexus equips the 300h Luxury trim to elevate comfort with a 14-way power driver’s seat. Quilted semi-aniline leather upholstery and wood trim enhance the cabin’s upscale atmosphere. Another step up the trim ladder is the ES 300h Ultra Luxury, which adds a 12.3-inch touchscreen with cloud-based navigation and voice-activated Intelligent Assistant. A head-up display also comes standard.
If you desire the look of a powerful performance sedan, the ES 300h F Sport Design will grab your attention. It features exclusive 19-inch wheels and a rear spoiler. While the 300h F Sport Handling trim looks similar, Adaptive Variable Suspension further enhances the sedan’s cornering capabilities. Bolstered front seats with heating/ventilation functions and a performance-inspired gauge cluster also come equipped with the ES 300h F Sport Handling.
This sedan’s hybrid powertrain develops a combined 215 horsepower, which ensures lively acceleration. Meanwhile, a continuously variable transmission helps you to achieve maximum fuel efficiency. Front-wheel drive comes standard on all trims.
Lexus Safety System+ 2.5 is on the ES Hybrid’s list of standard equipment. This suite of advanced safety technologies promises to inspire drivers with confidence. The Pre-Collision System can detect pedestrians and vehicles even when turning at intersections. Other standard driving aids include Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Road Sign Assist, and Lane Tracing Assist.
