The entry-level 350 trim is genuinely luxurious. Standard equipment includes a 14.0-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone compatibility, heated front seats, and multi-zone automatic climate control.
More amenities are found on the TX 350 Premium trim. While its ventilated front seats and reclining third-row seats elevate comfort, a panoramic glass roof gives passengers a perfect view of the sky above.
Another step up the trim ladder is the TX 350 Luxury. Semi-aniline leather upholstery gives its cabin an even more upscale character. Heated second-row seats and a heated steering wheel also come standard.
If you desire a sportier driving experience, consider the hybrid-powered TX 500h F Sport Performance Premium. A F Sport-tuned adaptive variable suspension further sharpens the SUV’s handling. Racy bodywork gives this trim a more aggressive look. On the inside, you’ll find heated/ventilated second-row captain’s chairs and F Sport front seats.
Atop the range sits the TX 500h F Sport Performance Luxury. It’s loaded with high-end upgrades, including a 21-speaker Mark Levinson surround-sound system.
A 2.4-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine comes standard. It’s rated to develop a satisfying 275 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. Lexus links this engine to an eight-speed automatic transmission. You can use the SUV’s muscle to tow up to 5,000 pounds. Featuring high-torque electric motors and a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the available hybrid powertrain develops a combined 366 horsepower. While trims equipped with the base powertrain offer an optional AWD system, hybrid-powered trims receive a standard DIRECT4 AWD system.
Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 equips the TX with several standard advanced driver-assist technologies. Even when approaching intersections, the vehicle’s Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection can help prevent an accident.
