Lexus offers this crossover in four trim levels: Base, Premium, F Sport Design, and F Sport Handling. The base UX Hybrid comes loaded with a number of attractive features. Highlights include an 8.0-inch multimedia touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration, a 7.0-inch digital gauge cluster, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
For drivers who crave more luxury, Lexus offers the Premium trim. Its heated and ventilated front seats promise to enhance comfort throughout the year. A hands-free power liftgate and a power sunroof are also found on the UX Hybrid Premium. Niceties, such as a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 10-speaker premium audio system, are optional.
The F Sport Design trim has a more aggressive look. Its racier exterior treatments and black contrast roof make a bold statement. Distinctive 18-inch alloy wheels further bolster the crossover’s appearance.
Featuring a sports-tuned suspension, the F Sport Handling trim is especially agile. Its interior is also geared towards serious driving enthusiasts. Upgrades include F Sport seats with enhanced bolsters, a sport steering wheel, and sport instrumentation for the gauge cluster.
The combination of an innovative Lexus Hybrid Drive system and a four-cylinder gas engine enables this crossover to deliver a lively performance. The total output is a satisfying 181 horsepower. Choose from Normal, Sport, Eco, and EV driving modes. To further elevate the F Sport Handling trim’s fun factor, Lexus adds an exciting Sport+ setting. If you need enhanced traction during the winter, opt for the UX Hybrid’s electronic AWD system.
Lexus Safety System+ 2.5, which is a bundle of active safety technologies, comes standard on every new UX Hybrid. Enhanced radar and camera capabilities enable the Pre-Collision System to detect a potential front collision. Even in low-light conditions, the system can also warn you of pedestrians and cyclists. A standard blind-spot monitor gives you more protection. Just a few of the other driver-assist features include Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist, All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Road Sign Assist, and intelligent high beams.
