For the 2026 model year, Lexus now offers the NX Hybrid with front-wheel drive. An F SPORT Handling trim has also been added to the lineup. Aside from offering enhanced cornering capabilities, this race-inspired trim also has sportier styling.
Lexus offers the new NX Hybrid in multiple trim grades. The base 350h trim comes loaded with an impressive list of standard equipment. Highlights include heated front seats, NuLuxe upholstery, an intuitive Lexus Interface multimedia system, and a 10-speaker premium sound system.
The 350h Premium trim adds more creature comforts, including ventilated front seats and a power sunroof. Another step up the trim ladder is the more upscale NX 350h Luxury. Some of its niceties consist of thematic ambient lighting, a 10.0-inch head-up display, and a larger 14.0-inch touchscreen.
Driving enthusiasts will be interested in the lineup’s new F Sport Handling trim. Its sports-tuned adaptive variable suspension enables you to carve corners with precision. Bolstered sport seats further elevate the driving experience.
The proven hybrid powertrain combines a 2.5-liter, gasoline four-cylinder engine with two high-torque electric motors. With a combined 240 horsepower on tap, you can always look forward to enjoying a strong yet efficient performance. A continuously variable transmission helps you to conserve even more fuel. While the SUV’s front-wheel drive configuration is ideal for most conditions, some people may need the available all-wheel drive system’s enhanced traction.
Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 is standard on every new NX Hybrid. It bundles together several advanced driver-assistance features. The Pre-Collision System is designed to constantly scan the road ahead for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists. Meanwhile, Full-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control makes traveling on the highway less exhausting.
Other key safety features include Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Left Turn Oncoming Vehicle Detection/Braking, Road Sign Assist, and Proactive Driving Assist. Upgrades, such as a surround-view camera system, are available as well.
